Sir Leo Okoye serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive of the company. He is a distinguished entrepreneur with a proven track record of leadership and business excellence. Over the years, he has held directorial positions in several prominent Nigerian companies, including Premier Breweries Plc, Eastern Plastics Plc, Metallurgical Complex Ltd, and Hallmark Assurance Company Ltd, among others.

Sir Okoye is affiliated with several prestigious professional bodies. He is a Member of the British Institute of Management (MBIM), a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (FISMM), a Fellow of the Association of Business Executives of Nigeria (ABEN), and a member of the Institute of Corporate Chairmen of Nigeria (ICCN).
